Belt Conveyors
Standard slider bed conveyors are constructed in a cost-effective manner using structural materials, allowing a reduction in overall costs and increasing load capacity, improving tracking ability, and reducing maintenance requirements. Fabric belt systems are the most common available on the market, but we also provide wire mesh belt, woven mesh belt, plastic belt, and apron belt conveyors.

Chain Conveyors
Chain conveyors come in various forms depending upon the application. They are commonly used in the lumber industry and are used in many transfer applications. They allow positive drive and can provide accurate indexing of various products with the addition of special attachments.

Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyors
Chain driven live roller conveyors could be described as heavy-duty gravity conveyors driven by chains running from roller to roller over sprockets. Heavy loads can be transferred on this type of conveyor and they are primarily used for transporting skids and containers and are incorporated into many palletizing systems. They are efficient and require very little maintenance. Rolmaster has developed systems capable of handling loads in excess of 10,000 lbs.

Extendable Conveyors
Our extendable gravity conveyors were developed specifically for the courier industry with consideration for the substantial abuse imposed upon them. Their main feature is the relatively little floor space they take up when fully retracted. Extendable conveyors can be built to suit extended lengths of 20 to 50 feet long in 10 foot increments, pending your requirement. Foot operated floor locks help secure the conveyor while being loaded and allow the conveyor to be collapsed with relative ease by a single operator. Heavier walled rollers are incorporated to reduce dents from loading impact.

Line Shaft Conveyors
Our standard line shaft sections incorporate 7 1/2" formed channels, which provide larger capacity and cost-effective complete guarding from moving drive components. Line shaft conveyors are primarily used for package handling systems where accumulation and product sorting is required. Maintenance requirements are relatively inexpensive and wash-down applications can be accommodated using stainless, PVC or galvanized components. Generally, line shaft conveyors operate at limited velocity and load capacities, but we have successfully incorporated double-shaft drive systems for heavier transfer applications. Rolmaster offers all types of flow control devices including: diverters, stops, separators, lift gates, and pop-up transfers.

Roller Conveyors
All Rolmaster rollers are completely fabricated in house, ensuring high quality and fast delivery. Most orders are completed within two days. Specialty rollers and pulleys are available upon request. Refer to our table of standard roller specifications.

Skatewheel Conveyors
Primarily used to transfer lightweight packages and cardboard boxes, gravity skatewheel conveyors are a cost effective and flexible solution to both temporary and permanent material transfer applications. Locations such as shipping departments, stocking areas, and assembly lines can benefit from their ease of set-up and tear down, endless custom configuration design, and ultimately their durable long lasting operation.

Slat Conveyors
Slat conveyors are effective in indexing heavy loads. They provide accurate positioning to allow automated operations to take place throughout a production line. Custom jigs and fixtures may be attached to the conveyor's slats, providing a solid base that securely supports various products.

Table Top Conveyors
Table Top conveyors are normally used in the canning and bottling industry. Table top chain is laterally flexible, allowing the ability to have continually running systems which contain corners and curves without any gaps between sections, making them desirable for assembly applications requiring the transfer of small parts.

Wire Mesh Conveyors
Wire mesh belt conveyors are used when heat and moisture resistance is desirable. The belts are usually a galvanized steel hinged belt, but are available in stainless steel where substantial corrosion resistance is required. The belt is positively driven via cast or machined sprockets, but may be driven by pulleys pending the application.

Pallet Transfer Systems
Rolmaster has the engineering capabilities to design and build to suit your special transfer application. There are numerous ways to transfer product from one station to another. We design various pneumatic kickers, tilters, indexers, and transfers. From inexpensive chain to precision servo-driven applications, we can match both your financial and system function requirements.

Replacement Parts
Rolmaster constantly maintains an extensive inventory of repair and replacement parts for fast turnaround. Our rapid response manufacturing program ensures that most standard rollers are shipped within two days and even the most specialized roller assemblies made in-house are delivered faster than anyone else in the industry. You can always count on Rolmaster!

Flexible Conveyors
They can be used in their fully extended form or routed around simple or complex curves. In addition, they are available for low, medium, or heavy loads. Our flexible conveyors are available in both gravity and powered varieties. The legs of these conveyors have adjustable heights so that you can take advantage of gravity to move your packages along the conveyor. These conveyors also feature handles that can be used to steer the conveyor or used as box stops.
